Longer hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property. In fact, the majority of our viewings are carried out in the evenings and at weekends.

We won't keep hold of your money

As a landlord getting your rental payment as soon possible is important. We pay our landlords within 7 days of receiving the rent from your tenant and send you a full statement of your account.

Finding a tenant is easy, but finding the right tenant takes experience

All tenants must fulfil our application requirements without exception. We must be entirely satisfied that they will look after your property well and pay the rent on time, every time.

Keeping a close eye on your property

We will carry out regular inspections of your property to make sure it is being well looked after. Any potential problems will be identified and dealt with early to avoid bigger issues later on.
